The Videophone is a Video Relay system that connects persons who are Deaf, hard of hearing, and patrons who use American Sign Language with voice telephone users via video equipment. Sorenson facilitates a signed conversation through an interpreter who relays the conversation between both parties.
Our services desks all have dry erase boards available to assist in communication efforts.
